How do cloud backups work?
Tie In can store backup copies of your library and media using Firebase. Sign in with the same Tie In account to access the backup features available in the app.
How do I request account deletion?
Email garyoden76@gmail.com from the address connected to your Tie In account and request account deletion. We will verify the request before deleting associated cloud data.
What should I include in a support message?
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain sensitive information.
